VASHI: GSB Sabha Navi Mumbai is celebrating 30th Shree Ganeshotsav at Shree Laxmi Venkatramana Temple (Balaji Mandir), Plot No. 19/19A, Balaji Mandir Marg, Sector-10A, Vashi with Ganesh Chathurthi falling on Monday, 5th September 2016 and concluding on Tuesday, 6th September, 2016. 
Devotees have all along acclaimed the Ganeshotsava which is held in the divine and serene surroundings of the famous Shree Laxmi Venkatramana Temple (Balaji Mandir) Vashi. The poojas and the sevas are in accordance to the prescribed Vedic norms. The devotees cherish their offering of sevas at the benign feet of Lord Ganesh and describe their experience as celestial.
GSB Sabha, Navi Mumbai, also pursues many social and cultural activities to which it is totally committed. The Sabha has been in the fore front in rendering services to economically challenged people by way of educational scholarship to the students.
As decided by the management committee and devotees, the work to make ‘Silver Prabhavali’ to the main idol (at the Balaji Mandir), Lord Venkatramana and his two consorts, Sridevi and Bhoodevi, to give a glorious look, and the Silver Kavach for the Ganapati idol in the parivaar gudi has already been started. The estimated cost which comes to approximately Rs 15 lakhs included teakwood work, silver work and fixing. The Temple management is looking forward for your cooperation in this regard with magnanimous contribution, support and participation by way of donation in kind (silver) or by cash/cheque and hope to get the same ready for offering to the Lord at the earliest.
The members and devotees are requested to extend their whole hearted support and cooperation by active participation in Ganeshotsava by way of offering pooja/sevas and Donation in cash or kind. Cheques should be drawn in favour of ‘G.S.B. Sabha Navi Mumbai’. Valid receipt for all the donations will be received by the donors.
