VASHI: In what was the first instance of its kind in the city, Times Group Books, launched a book on ‘Simplified Financial Management’ written by Vinay Bhagwat, a noted educationist and Founder Director of Siddharth Education Services Ltd at Crossword Bookstores Ltd., Inorbit Mall, Vashi on Saturday 28 June 2014 in presence of  a knowledgeable gathering. The book which is a concerted effort to provide the best learning material on Financial Management in a simplified manner has been an extract of the curriculum pursued for all professional courses like CA, CA and CMA as well as MBA and others, to simplify the intricacies of Financial Management and reach out to the larger section of the populace – students, professionals or otherwise.

 The author who with impressive qualifications like MCom, LLM, ACA, ACS, and a Practising Company Secretary with more than a decade of experience, and was responsible for the development of Siddharth Academy from its inception to its pan Indic locations today spoke in length about his book and answered the queries of his readers in presence of Geeta Awasthi, Manager, Times Group Books and Vinayak R Prabhu an Advisor to this venture.

 “The idea was to go beyond the classroom and reach out to the masses from layman to experts from different fields who would like to know the basic of financial management and apply in to their day to day work but are hard pressed for time and would not like to be burden with lot of jargon. It can also be a handbook to gain insights on personal financial management. It took about an year of concentrated effort in order to bring out this book and am thankful to Vinayak R Prabhu who inspired me to take up this project and to Times Book Division who agreed to publish it,” shared the author Vinay Bhagwat, who has taken a path less trodden for developing talent in the fields of CA, CS and CMA through his institute.
