GOA: On the third day of the third All
India Hindu Convention taking place at Vidyadhiraj Hall, Ramnathi, Ponda (Goa),
Adv. Harishankar Jain said, “This is the ideal time to make our country a Hindu
Nation. It is time to implement the slogan in Hindi ‘Hindu hit ki bat karega,
vahi desh pe raj karega’ meaning ‘He who thinks of the welfare of the Hindus
will rule the Nation’.”
“Strangely, our
country has specific rules for the appointment of even class IV workers, but
there are no rules for the appointments of the Judges of Supreme and High
Courts. They are being appointed by the politicians. It has also been noted
that the verdicts by these Judges are invariably against Hindus.” This was
stated by Adv. Subhash Jha, of the Mumbai High Court.
Adv. Sanjiv
Punalekar, National Secretary of Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad, Adv. Vishnushankar
Jain, a Supreme Court lawyer and Mr Jayant Tinailkar, activist of 'Right to
Information Act' from Karnataka. Adv. Amrutesh N.P., Vice-President of Lawyer's
Association in Karnataka and Adv. Manoj Tiwari, President, Hindu Seva Parishad,
Madhya Pradesh also guided the Convention.
