Bobby Jasoos

Bobby Jasoos starring Vidya Balan, is a romantic comedy-drama about a female private detective known as Bobby, who wants to become the number one detective in the city of Hyderabad.
The film has Vidya Balan as Bilkis Ahmed/Bobby, Ali Fazal as Tasawur, Vinay Varma as Ali Fazal's Father, Gangadhar Panday as Naeem, Anupriya Goenka as Afreen, Arjan Bajwa as Lala, Supriya Pathak as Ammi, Tanvi Azmi as Kausar Khaala, Benaf Dadachandji as Noor, Prasad Barve as Shetty, Aakash Dahiya as Munna, Zarina Wahab as Afreen's Ammi, Rajendra Gupta as Abba, Kiran Kumar as Anees Khan, Raina Rao, Tejas Mahajan as Sohail and Sundeep Hemnaoni as Arif.
Vidya Balan in her latest drama Bobby Jasoos plays an amateur 30-year-old detective. She plays Bilkis Ahmad, a Muslim girl in a patriarchal household in the Hyderabad town of Mogulpura, who dreams of becoming the top sleuth in her neighbourhood. She may remind you of a desi Nancy Drew — dressed in a salwar kameez, canvas shoes and a knapsack. She isn’t armed with a degree in investigation but banks on her quick wit, intelligence and her burning desire to succeed when it comes to solving cases.
Enter the sinister-looking Anees Khan (Kiran Kumar) who throws money in her face to hunt down a couple of young women. In her rush to be taken seriously as a sleuth, she forgets to question her client’s motives. The money keeps getting better and her final case involves searching for a young man with a missing toe. She’s instructed sternly by Khan not to ask questions and just find the answers. After the interval, the film sinks south as Bobby forgets to keep her end of the bargain and begins snooping around her rich client’s business. Balan has enough vivacity to keep the viewers gripped. The movie, which begins as a thriller set in a vibrant metropolis such as Hyderabad, morphs into a reluctant love story.
Shantanu Moitra roped in to compose the film score for Bobby Jasoos, while lyrics are penned by Swanand Kirkire. The film has songs like Jashn sung by Bonnie Chakraborty & Shreya Ghoshal, Tu by Papon & Shreya Ghoshal, B.O.B.B by Neeraj Shridhar & Shreya Ghoshal, Sweety by Aishwarya Nigam & Monali Thakur and Tu (Reprise) by Papon & Shreya Ghoshal.

Bollywood Villa

Bollywood Villa is a 3D Hindi suspense thriller film. The film revolves around the inexplicable murders during the shooting of a film. And as the film progresses, the story unfolds and so does the mystery.

While veteran actor Arun Bakshi essays the role of a Producer and Mushtaq Khan portrays the character of a director. There are special appearances by Miss Paris Adorable Christie Bourcq & Miss Best Smile Ukrain Liza Brown in the film.
The movie is about a perfect murder, a perfect crime, a perfect plan and a perfect revenge at Bollywood Villa. The movie not only depicts the glory, glamour, magnitude attached to the Indian film industry but also manages to showcase the treacherous, profiteering deceitful side of it. It is a suspense thriller, which centers around the inexplicable murders during the shooting of a film. The first day of the shooting begins with the death of the lead actor leaving everyone on the sets confused and traumatized. This is just the beginning....
The movie unfolds into a series of murders from here on. Slowly, steadily the cast members fall prey to brutal and gruesome deaths. Along with everything on the sets going haywire even the police investigations fail to resolve the mystery. The sequence of events leaves everyone in high suspicion of each other.
With everyone's beliefs growing stronger on the idea of the villa being cursed, it is for you to choose to enter the villa or not?

The fault in our stars

The Fault in Our Stars is a 2014 American romantic comedy-drama film directed by Josh Boone, based on the novel of the same name by John Green. The film stars Shailene Woodley, Ansel Elgort, and Nat Wolff, with Laura Dern, Sam Trammell, and Willem Dafoe in supporting roles. Shailene Woodley plays Hazel Grace Lancaster, a sixteen-years-old cancer patient who is forced by her parents to attend a support group, where she subsequently meets and falls in love with Augustus Waters, portrayed by Ansel Elgort.
The movie focuses on Hazel Grace Lancaster, a 16-year-old with an easy wit — intelligent, wry and pragmatic without being overly cynical. Hazel barely survived thyroid cancer as a preteen; a flashback shows the agonizing moment when her mother (a touching Laura Dern, in a difficult part) told her it was OK to "let go."
But Hazel didn't, and now, buoyed by an experimental drug, she's already taking college classes. She wears nasal tubes, which carry oxygen from the portable tank she carries with her always. Urged by her doting parents to try a cancer support group, she reluctantly attends, and there meets Gus — better known to readers as Augustus Waters (the appealing newcomer Ansel Elgort), along with his sidekick, Isaac (Nat Wolff). Gus is handsome — very handsome — and somewhat cocky, though clearly this is a fighting mechanism. Gus has lost a leg to cancer, but he's apparently in remission, and determined to live — not just any life, but an extraordinary one.
But what defines an extraordinary life? The movie explores this theme as it follows Hazel and Gus to Amsterdam. Their goal: to meet Hazel's favorite author, Peter Van Houten (a suitably crusty Willem Dafoe), and ask questions about his novel, "An Imperial Affliction" — a book with which Hazel is obsessed.
The trip is by turns disappointing, inspiring, joyful, and tragic. There is a crucial love scene which is beautifully handled.

Punjab 1984

Punjab 1984 is a 2014 Punjabi period drama film directed by Anurag Singh. The film is based on the 1984-86 Punjab insurgency's impact on social life, notably it is a story of a mother and her missing son. Starring Diljit Dosanjh and Kirron Kher, the film is the fourth collaboration between director Singh and actor Dosanjh.

The subject of the movie touches a chord with Punjabis. The film narrates the story of a boy who had left home during the fateful year of 1984, but now wants to return and the kind of hurdles he faces on his journey back home.
