It was a rare divine coincidence. While the Nirankari
world bid farewell to their beloved Spiritual Master Baba Hardev Singh Ji
Maharaj and paid glorious tributes to his splendid service to humanity,
simultaneously they hailed with equal trust and faith his successor Satguru
Mata Sawinder Ji at a special congregation in Delhi on 18th May 2016.
Lakhs of devotees of the Mission from across the
country and several other parts of the world participated in the funeral
procession and then in the congregation. The congregation was attended by
several dignitaries and representatives of social, religious and political
organizations. Many condolence messages were received from India and abroad
which showed the indelible impression Baba Hardev Singh JiMaharaj has left on
the people of every walk of life across the world.
Thousands of devotees from Mumbai & Maharashtra,
who had reached Delhi on hearing the dreaded news by adopting whichever mode of
transport they could locate within their means be it the road, rail or by air,
to catch the last glimpse of their beloved Nirankari Baba and pay respects to
Him, have returned back to once again get into the act of continuing the work
ordained by HIM, now under the guidance and blessings of Satguru Mata Sawinder
ji, the successor.
