Veggie Twist Oats Palak Paneer

Ingredients:
•             3/4 cup low-fat paneer
•             2 1/4 cups chopped spinach
•             1 cup Saffola Masala Oats Vegie Twist soaked
•             3/4 cup fenugreek leaves
•             1 piece ginger, finely chopped
•             1/2 cup chopped onions
•             1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
•             ½ cup baby corn blanched
•             ½ cup carrot diced & blanched
•             1/3 cup green peas blanched
•             2 tsp Saffola oil
•             Salt to taste
How to make Veggie Twist Oats Palak Paneer
•             In a deep pan, cook the spinach and fenugreek along with water and cook on a slow flame until soft
•             When cooked, drain out the water and blend the leaves along with Saffola Masala Oats Veggie Twist in a mixer to a smooth puree
•             Heat the Saffola oil in non-stick pan, add the onions, carrot, baby corn, green peas and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute
•             Add the green chillies and ginger and saute again for a few seconds
•             Add the pureed leaves, paneer and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes
•             Serve hot

Paneer Tikka Masala Recipe

Ingredients For Tikka:
•             200 grams paneer, cut into 1-inch cubes
•             1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
•             1/4 cup low-fat yogurt
•             1/2 teaspoon tandoori masala powder, optional
•             1/2 tablespoon cumin-coriander powder
•             1 teaspoon red chili powder
•             1/2 teaspoon kasurimethi
•             1/2 teaspoon chat masala powder
•             1 teaspoon lime juice
•             2 tablespoons Saffola Oil
•             salt to taste
For Gravy:
•             1 Black cardamom
•             1 tablespoon whole dry coriander seeds
•             1-inch long small piece of cinnamon
•             1 dry red Kashmiri chili
•             8-10 cashew-nuts
•             2 large onion, finely chopped
•             2 small tomatoes, finely chopped
•             1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
•             1 packet Saffola masala oats classic masala
•             1½ tablespoons Saffola oil
•             salt to taste
•             1 cup water
•             2 tablespoons coriander leaves, finely chopped for garnishing
How to make Paneer Tikka Masala
For Marination:
In a bowl add low-fat yogurt, cumin powder, coriander powder, chat masala powder, red chilli powder, tandoori masala powder, garlic & ginger paste, kasoorimethi, salt and lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients
Add low-fat Paneer cubes, chopped capsicum, chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, in the marination and mix it well
Then in 180 degrees pre-heated oven, place the marinated paneer and let it cook for some time
For Sauce:
In a pan, add Saffola oil, black cardamom, cinnamon, chopped onion, dry Kashmiri chilli, dry coriander and turmeric powder.  Mix all the ingredients and let it cook for some time
Then add chopped tomatoes 1 packet of Saffola masala oats classic masala, water and cashew nuts. Cook for sometime till the ingredients soften
Then put all the ingredients of the sauce into a mixer and puree it

Garnish hot Paneer Tikka with chat masala and coriander leaves and serve it with sauce.
