MP Rajan Vichare had been trying hard to make the journey of residents of his Loksabha constitueny as pleasant as possible. So while the work on Wadala-Thane-Kasarwadavli Metro Route was in progress, he asked the chief minister to join the metro route from Kasarwadavli to Dahisar-Bhayander metro route. This he had been trying since June 2015. He discussed this issue on the floor of Lok Sabha. He then made a demand to Mumbai Mahanagar Regional Development authorities to joing Kasarwadavli metro to Bhayander metro. MMRDA presented a DPR of nine kilometer distance metro route from Gaimukh to Shivaji Chowk to the state government. This issue was pending with the government for a long time.
During the parliament session, on the floor of Lok Sabha, MP Rajan Vichare made an appeal to the central government to get the state government to sanction the DPR related to Gaimukh to Shivaji Chowk metro route. Immediately on the very next day, state government took action and the state ministers cabinet sanctioned along with Wadala to CST metro no. 11 and Kalyan to Taloja metro no. 12, also Gaimukh to Shivaji Chowk (Bhayander) metro no. 10. Rajan Vichare thanked CM and thus once again became the hero of the residents of his Lok Sabha constituency.
