embodies unity of mind and body. 160 students of class I – X with the teachers
performed yoga between 7.15 am to 8.15 am. Different yoga postures were
performed along with Pranayanama and meditation. Prayers were recited before
and after the programme .
Mr Sanjay Sutar, Mr Suresh Pawar and Mr Shobhanath Mishra of Patanjali
Yog Pith graced this occasion by promoting yoga and creating awareness about
its benefits to students. On behalf of school management along with teachers
school Principal Mrs Sheetal Wankhede and vice Principal Mrs Sunita Shirsat
thanked the Patanjali team for guiding and encouraging students to include yoga
in their day to day life.
