Kangana Ranaut and Rajkummar Rao to star in ‘Judgemental Hai Kya’
By Dinesh Kamath

Rajkummar Rao and Kangana Ranaut by working in movie ‘Judgemental Hai Kya’ have evolved as Actors. The audience will see more evolved performances by him and co-star Kangana Ranaut in 'Judgemental Hai Kya' as they have come a long way from their first film, 'Queen'.
The two actors reunite for the upcoming thriller five years after they collaborated on the coming-of-age blockbuster. Both are way more experienced today than they were during 'Queen'.
It is an exciting time for artistes in Bollywood as they now get opportunities to experiment. There is no typecasting in the industry right now. You can do whatever you want. You can play with your identity, your character and if it is relatable for the audience, they will definitely go and see a film.
Judgemental Hai Kya, a whodunit directed by Prakash Kovelamudi and written by Kanika Dhillon, pits Rao's Keshav against Ranaut's Bobby. Both find themselves as potential suspects in a murder case which leads them to try and gather evidence against each other. Keshav as a man has many sides to his personality.
The National Award-winning actor always wanted to work in a thriller and is happy that it happened with Judgemental Hai Kya. He had been a fan of thrillers like 'Gone Girl' and all. He had an amazing experience because it is the first time he is doing a film like this.
Unlike his character, Rao is not much of a judgmental person. He doesn’t judge people much. He is judgemental in the same way any normal person is. In Mumbai, there is a culture where people don't interfere into each other's lives. So he tries not to judge anyone unless it is very important for him to read another person.
Judgemental Hai Kya is scheduled to be released on July 26.
Kangana Ranaut and Rajkummar Rao-starrer Judgemental Hai Kya will have a two-city trailer launch today. Producer Ekta Kapoor took to social media to make the announcement. The producer also shared a new poster of Kangana Ranaut.
Like every Bollywood film, Judgemental Hai Kya trailer was supposed to be launched in Mumbai itself. However, with the Mumbai rains creating havoc, the film's trailer will be simultaneously released in New Delhi.
The title of the upcoming film was recently changed from Mental Hai Kya to Judgemental Hai Kya after the Central Board of Film Certification found it a little harsh. Judgemental Hai Kya was in the centre of a controversy after the Indian Psychiatric Society (IPS) strongly objected to the film's title (Mental Hai Kya) and wrote to the CBFC seeking a change in it. In their letter, they had claimed that it violated many sections of the Mental Health Care Act, 2017. Given the sensitivity attached to the issue of mental health and our intention of not offending or hurting anyone's sentiments, the makers have decided to change the title of Mental Hai Kya to Judgemental Hai Kya. CBFC has cleared the film with U/A certification with minor changes, which the makers are happy to comply with. With the CBFC clearance, the movie is all set to release on July 26.
The talented Kangana Ranaut and Rajkummar Rao are currently busy on a promotional spree for their upcoming film Judgemental Hai Kya. The film has been making headlines ever since it was announced. May it be the title change, crazy posters or controversies regarding the release date, Judgemental Hai Kya has been on the news. The makers released the trailer of the much-awaited black comedy and left audience impressed with Raj and Kangana at their wackiest best.
Kangana Ranaut and Rajkummar Rao promise a madcap murder mystery. Watch here. Judgemental Hai Kya trailer is sure to be a controversial film, since it is about a madcap couple embroiled in a murder mystery.
The two-and-a-half minute trailer introduces us to Bobby and Keshav, played by Kangana and Rajkummar, respectively. The misfits get embroiled in a murder mystery, but neither can be relied upon for the truth. Bobby is clearly unstable - a plot point that is sure to become controversial - and Keshav is a suave, smooth talker. There are conversations about ‘normal’ people and those who beg to be sent to asylums. Given the choice, Bobby picks institutionalisation. Kangana, meanwhile, seems to be channelling Margot Robbie’s Harley Quinn. Very soon, Bobby and Keshav are pitted against each other as they attempt to clear their names of the crime.
Gone are the days when just books and journals changed our perspective and the way we think. Apart from music videos and documentaries, the one thing that everyone loves to do the most is watching movies. Whether it's downloading films on your laptop or going to the theatre every Friday, the movies we watch not only affect our mood but teach us a thing or two about everything that's happening around us. Apart from fashion and trends, the one thing we always take away from films is the social message.
Apart from waiting to watch the film to see who the murderer actually is, the film caters to a wider audience and sheds light on a subject that has been a taboo for a very long time: mental health. The issue of mental health has never been openly discussed. After Deepika Padukone opened up about suffering from depression, people began speaking about their battle with anxiety and depression.
But apart from the title of the film initiating a conversation on mental health yet again, the film portrays Kangana and Rajkummar with eccentric personalities who have little quirks of their own. Whether it's Kangana choosing to stay in an asylum over paying a fine or Keshav's flamboyant outfits, everyone has eccentricities but they haven't been normalised.
The film has Satish Kaushik and Amyra Dastur in pivotal roles. The constant face-off between the two lead characters is definitely going to be the highlight of the film.
Kangana Ranaut and Rajkummar Rao shared two new posters from their upcoming film Judgemental Hai Kya on 2 July, ahead of the trailer release. Rao can be seen standing against a bright background with a stick of dynamite in his mouth while a
Fans are desperately waiting for this one o a kind film to release. The makers have already raised expectations with the interesting motion posters. The film will see Shah Rukh Khan in a cameo. The movie is scheduled to hit the theatres on July 26.

Dinesh Kamath's Editorial 'Reservation is pushing back our country by decades' that was published in Newsband

Reservation is pushing back our country by decades
Sometimes an exception on the court verdicts ought to be made in the larger public interest. One such law is the Centre’s Bill to ensure that reservation for scheduled castes, tribes and other backward classes in appointments to central educational institutions
The Central Educational Institutions (Reservation in Teachers’ Cadre) Bill, 2019, was passed by the Lok Sabha. Its main object is to restore the system of treating an institution or a university as a single unit to apply the reservation roster, and thus help fill 7,000 teaching vacancies. The Bill provides welcome relief for aspirants from the disadvantaged sections of society.
The High Court noted that having the whole institution as a unit would result in some departments having only reservation beneficiaries and others only those from the open category. But the counterpoint is equally valid. Having the department as the unit would mean smaller faculties would not have any reservation. On the other hand, taking the institution as the unit would give more opportunities for these sections.
Reservation system seems like "eye for an eye" system. Okay, some societies suffered die to the weak political structure of that time, but will this "revenge" strategy help to reduce caste borders, or someone's playing "divide n conquer" again? Too much obsession with categories and castes - what is the logic to have less meritorious teachers and instead have incompetent ones? This is ONE OF the reasons when India get no place in top 500 educational institutions in world ranking. Reservation is not achieving desired effect. We are just pushing back our country by decades. It is rightly said, ‘Yatha Raaja, thatha Praja’ similarly ‘Yatha teacher, thatha students and so country’.
This kind of arbitrary invocation of ordinance does not augur well for a vibrant democracy,

Shraddha Kapoor and Prabhas to star in ‘Saaho’

Prabhas took to Instagram to share his and Shraddha Kapoor's first look from the upcoming song Psycho Saiyaan from their film Saaho. Prabhas will be seen sharing screen space with Shraddha Kapoor in Saaho. Baahubali star Prabhas will be matching steps with the actress in an upcoming song, Psycho Saiyaan, from the film. Along with the pictures of his and Shraddha Kapoor's first look from the new song, the actor wrote, "Hey darlings... It’s time for the First Song of SAAHO... The teaser of "The Psycho Saiyaan" will be out soon.."
Prabhas also shares behind the Scenes picture from Austrian Sets of Saaho for His Darling Fans. The actor shared a photo in which we can see him and Shraddha Kapoor on the outdoor sets of the film in Austria, with snowcapped peaks in the backdrop.
Fans are eagerly waiting for the release of Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor starrer Saaho, which has created immense hype ever since the film was announced. The stars and the makers of the film have time and again teased fans with snippets from the film - from the shoot of the daredevil stunt scenes to the romantic song shoot in Austria and posters of Shraddha and Prabhas.
Adding to the already piqued interest of the audience, a few days back Shraddha shared photos from the Europe schedule of the film. Her superstar co-star Prabhas, who recently joined Instagram, has now share how his experience of shooting in Austria has been.
The actor shared a photo in which we can see him dressed as his character from the film, with snowcapped peaks in the backdrop. While most people on set can be seen wearing warm clothes, Shraddha is seen in full makeup as the female lead, wearing a light blue sheer blouse as she looks at Prabhas who seems to be engaged in conversation.
The film's crew can be seen all around the actors. Prabhas is seen carrying off a white tee with a grey blazer and ripped jeans. The actor captioned the photo as, "Hi Darlings ! Shooting in Innsbruck and Tirol region of Austria, was one of the most incredibly awesome experiences I have ever had."
Thus 'Saaho': Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor are all set to impress with their groovy moves in 'Psycho Saiyaan' song.
The teaser of Saaho has left fans in frenzy. The action-packed trailer also showed glimpses of cute chemistry shared between Prabhas and Shraddha. With Saaho, Shraddha makes her debut down South and the film is also dubbed in Hindi. We will also be seeing Prabhas dubbing in Hindi as well. Before the teaser came out, several stills from the film were leaked and increased excitement for many.
Meanwhile, this is the first time we will be seeing Shraddha playing the role of a cop. She is super-excited to play the role of a cop for the first time. It’s such a privilege. The police do so much for the country, it’s an honour for her to represent them. Essaying a police officer is a special one because you are representing such an integral part of the security force of our country. It feels awesome to be playing one.
Saaho is directed by Sujeeth and will also be dubbed in Tamil and Telugu languages. The much-awaited film is slated to release on August 15, 2019.
Apart from Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor, Saaho also has other stars like Saaho, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Evelyn Sharma, Mandira Bedi and Jackie Shroff, in supporting role. The film is helmed by Sujeeth and is bankrolled by UV creations.
As far as Saaho song Psycho Saiyaan is concerned, Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor are all set to rock the dance floor. The film is touted to be the biggest action thriller to come out of India
Recently, while talking about her role in the film, Shraddha Kapoor had said in a media interaction, "I am super-excited to play the role of a cop for the first time. It's such a privilege. The police do so much for the country, it's an honour for me to represent them. "
Talking about Shraddha's role in the film, it is an important role for the female character. Shraddha drives the film to the end. It was a conscious decision to make her female characters strong. When the makers of the film started working on the teaser, they had two options here - to go with Prabhas, considered as a huge star and you expect him to be there in the opening scene. And other was to begin it with Shraddha and they chose the latter.
Talking about the casting of Bollywood actors in the film, it was never intentional to cast them.. Whoever is apt for the story has been cast by them. Actors like Jackie Shroff, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Chunky Pandey and Shraddha Kapoor were the best choice for the film.
The team of Saaho was in Austria shooting a romantic number. With this schedule, the film will be wrapped up. The team had to travel in a cable car to reach the destination. Prabhas, Shraddha and couple more people were stranded in a cable car at an altitude of 1368 meters. It was Prabhas who calmed them down. Further, it is said that the team is having a gala time in Austria. The pictures suggest that Prabhas, Shraddha Kapoor and her team were chilling in Austria and did touristy things. Sources reveal that they went shopping and had a nice time in Austria.
Saaho is Prabhas' much-awaited release after the huge success of Baahubali. Whether this modern-day set actioner will be able to impress fans as much with its sleek look and larger than life setting, that remains to be seen. The teaser of Saaho has already taken the hype up a notch.
From superhero-like shots to powerful fight scenes, the actor has been given ample space to show off his brawn. The teaser declares the film to be "the biggest action thriller from India", and there are lots glimpses of powerful action scenes from the film.
In one picture, the Baahubali actor is seen in a very casual mood before getting ready for one of the shots. Moreover, Sujeeth, the director of Saaho can also be seen prepping up for directing the particular scene. This leaked picture of Prabhas has definitely sent his fans into a frenzy who are now eagerly waiting for the release of the movie.
Thus after impressing one and all with his performance in the SS Rajamouli’s magnum Opus ‘Baahubali’ series, actor Prabhas is all set to entertain his fans once again with his upcoming bilingual, ‘Saaho’. The actor, who is busy with the project, is taking Hindi lessons to dub for the movie. Hindi is not his first language. So, a lot of preparation went into it. He added that he can read and write the language, but they don't speak in Hindi at home. He has done a lot of homework for it and his teacher conducted dialogue classes for more than a month. According to the actor, the first schedule was tough for him, but from the second one, it got better. He will only be dubbing for it in Hindi. Prabhas has also spent a lot of time on the action sequences of ‘Saaho’ which are designed by Hollywood stunt director Kenny Bates.
The team that is currently in their final stages of the shoot have reportedly roped in a 50-member Hollywood crew to bring a sense of newness to the action sequences of the film. After ‘Baahubali’, Prabhas will be seen packing more than just punches with the team behind the ‘Transformers’ franchise taking over the action choreography for the film.
Said to be the second-most expensive film ever made in India, the action-thriller will release on 15 August.

Dinesh Kamath's Editorial 'Self-care and justice for doctors' that was published in Newsband

Self-care and justice for doctors
Self-care interventions should become freely available in India. Self-care mostly happens outside the formal health system. There is deluge of new diagnostics, devices and drugs. With the ability to prevent disease, maintain health and cope with illness and disability with or without reliance on health-care workers, self-care interventions are gaining more importance.
Over 400 million across the world already lack access to essential health services and there will be a shortage of about 13 million health-care workers by 2035. Here self-help becomes the primary, timely and reliable form of care. Hence the World Health Organisation recognises self-care interventions as a means to expand access to health services and for prevention and treatment of non-communicable diseases.
Home-based pregnancy testing is the most commonly used self-help diagnostics in this area in India.
At rural levels, girls with plus two level schooling might be given a simple training to deal with ordinary body issues involving ladies. They might be allowed as subsidiary to primary health centers. Likewise, boys might be engaged for gents' common illnesses. Thus, risks of faulty self-help could be avoided.
Talking about health care, there should be a law to protect doctors too. The attack on a junior doctor in West Bengal on June 10 over the death of a patient had sparked the agitation, which spread to other parts of the country. Such violence is invariably the result of systemic problems that adversely affect optimal attention to patients, such as infrastructural and manpower constraints. It is apparent that doctors work in stressful environments, sometimes under political pressure with regard to admissions. Several States have enacted laws to protect doctors and other health-care personnel from violence.
There is need in improving health infrastructure, counselling patients about possible adverse treatment outcomes, and providing basic security in medical institutions.
Medical care is a service. A service cannot be rendered perfectly unless the beneficiary too shows some restraints. We find faults on both sides. Absence of self-discipline is what one discerns in service delivery in hospitals these days. When it comes to the healthcare it is necessary for the patient to keep trust in the doctor, but at the same time the doctor shouldn't break the faith and trust of the patients.
Doctor's lives are important but the manner in which they are saving others’ lives is also important. The reason for the violence against doctors is due to the negligence shown towards the patients and their dignity of life especially in government hospitals. Doctors must realize that if they stop playing with the lives of others only then can violence wreaked against doctors be stopped. Doctors need to respect the dignity of the lives of patients only then can they expect peace and dignity in return.
The law and order has to check both the sides not merely for equality but for the justice as well. It is not an unknown fact that the doctors have turned into businessman and hospitals minting machines. When doctors delay the treatment or provide wrong treatment, the outcome as expected could be like this only. Due to pathetic conditions of the entire system, no doctor is held responsible for the loss of the patient. Doctors would treat a patient as one of the many patients but that person could be the world for someone else which must be taken into consideration.
Where is the data for the deaths of the patients who could have been cured had they taken enough precautions, deaths caused by wrong prescriptions, delayed and wrong surgeries etc.?

Another Indian actress who is the fan of Hollywood Star

Aarohi Patel is also a growing sensation on the international waters as well. The actress was recently seen at the event where Hugh Jackman was performing a world tour by promoting his latest movie 'The greatest showman'.
The actress was thrilled to attend the event as it's no surprise that how big fan she is of Hugh Jackman and idealizes him as a role model in terms of acting and he is one of her favorite international actors.
Aarohi posted a picture of the venue and the banner before the event started which specified about the Hugh Jackman tour. The actress looked pretty excited by the caption and happy to finally meet her idol.
Hugh Michael Jackman AC is an Australian actor, singer, and producer. Jackman has won international recognition for his roles in a variety of film genres. He is known for playing Wolverine in the X-Men film series from 2000 to 2018, for which he holds the Guinness World Record for "longest career as a live-action Marvel superhero". For your information, Aarohi Patel who has become the sensation of the tinsel town for her stint in the debut film is all excited for the release of her next film 'Montu Ni Bittu'. In the film, Arohi will be seen sharing the screen space with Maulik Nayak who will be seen playing the character Montu. Dinesh Kamath's Editorial 'PM Modi plays a heroic role in G-20 Osaka summit' that was published in Newsband

PM Modi plays a heroic role in G-20 Osaka summit
The countries that make up the G-20 (19 nations and the European Union) account for 85% of the world’s nominal GDP. Prime Minister Narendra Modi used the occasion of the G-20 summit at Osaka for as many as 20 meetings, including nine bilaterals, eight pull-aside engagements, and of the Russia-India-China, Japan-U.S.-India and Brazil-Russia-India-China-South Africa groupings.
There was also President Donald Trump’s meetings with his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping and Modi on trade tensions which ended with no breakthrough or “big deals”. U.S. and China have called a halt to raising tariffs until they resolve issues. Both come as a relief to India,
Modi raised several Indian concerns, including the need for cooperation on dealing with serious economic offenders and fugitives, as well as climate change funding.
With Saudi Arabia hosting the next G-20 in 2020, followed by Italy in 2021, all eyes will soon turn to the agenda India plans to highlight when India holds the G-20 summit in 2022.
The G-20 summit stands for a group of 20. Let's hope that by 2020 we make it a group of unity amidst many. India should use this moment to the fullest in order to tackle unilateralism and G-20 is the perfect medium at the perfect time to spread multilateralism. It's time to tackle the world's biggest problems in a pluralistic manner. Together everyone achieves more.
Modi and other G-20 leaders resolved to prevent the use of the Internet to fund and facilitate terrorism and extremism, saying that while the Internet must be “open, free and secure”, it could not serve as a safe haven for terrorists. The rule of law applies online as it does offline. This must be achieved in a way that is consistent with national and international law, including human rights and fundamental freedoms such as freedom of expression and access to information, which should be held in high regard. ‘We commit to collaborate with states, international organisations, industry, and civil society in this endeavour,’ the leaders said.
Following the G20 summit, Russian President Putin said Western liberalism is “devouring itself” and defended Russia’s ban on “gay propaganda”.
Saudi Arabia's Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman shook hands with U.S. President Donald Trump, at the G20 leaders summit in Osaka, Japan. For many he’s an international pariah, but you wouldn’t know it by the lavish reception Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman has received at the G20 summit this week. A U.N. expert has called for an investigation of his alleged role in the killing of a prominent journalist, and a growing number of Americans are questioning their nation’s support for his kingdom and its role in the war in Yemen. All the world leaders are curious to witness Saudi Arabia’s role as host of next year’s G-20 gatherings.
Trump, who has long been loath to scold authoritarian leaders for human rights abuses, seemed to go out of his way at times to shepherd Prince Mohammed, at one point patting him on the back as they walked together. Trump initially ignored reporters’ questions about the prince’s alleged role in Khashoggi’s death, but later he called the killing “horrible” while claiming that “nobody so far has pointed directly a finger at the future king of Saudi Arabia.” However, Saudi Arabia denies the 33-year-old crown prince had any knowledge of the killing of Khashoggi.
PM Modi used the G20 Summit to promote India’s traditional healing measures, Yoga and his flagship Ayushman Bharat health scheme. Modi also took part in a special session on empowerment of women. The session witnessed an in-depth dialogue on how to further women empowerment and work towards gender equality.
India has pitched strongly to deal with fugitive economic offenders. India claimed to have been working on tax evasion, corruption, economic offences and fugitive offenders running away [from the country].
It was also declared that India strongly believes in digital economy and has taken host of measures, including a huge number of bank accounts to thrust its digital agenda.

In 'Sooryavanshi', Akshay Kumar pushes the limits many notches higher with his stunts
By Dinesh Kamath

Akshay Kumar gave us yet another glimpse into the thrilling and exciting world of his upcoming film Sooryavanshi, set to release on March 27, 2020. In the BTS pic, Kumar and some of the team members of Sooryavanshi shot at the cop drama's fight master, who kept them "all alive during this epic crazy month". Kumar shared a photograph of Sunil Rodrigues, the action director of Sooryavanshi, on social media. He said, "When your action is over and the only thing left to do is shoot the fight master. 'Sooryavanshi' giving love to the big man with the golden head who kept us all alive during this epic crazy month," Akshay captioned the image in which he along with the movie's director Rohit Shetty, actor Vivan Bhathena and others are seen pointing their guns at the fight master.
Sooryavanshi also features actress Katrina Kaif, who recently shot for the music video of the recreation of the song Tip tip barsa pani along with Kumar. The song sequence has been choreographed by Farah Khan and the BTS images from the shoot location raised speculation for the upcoming film to the next level.
Akshay Kumar took to Instagram to share a fun picture from the sets of his upcoming film Sooryavanshi. Akshay Kumar is busy shooting for his upcoming film Sooryavanshi these days. The actor had been shooting for the film with Katrina Kaif for a month in Hyderabad. The star cast of the film - Akshay and Katrina - has been sharing behind-the-scene pictures of Sooryavanshi. Not just Akshay, Katrina too has been sharing pictures from the film's sets. She has shared a series of pictures from the shoot of the song Tip Tip Barsa Paani. The song is being remade for the film. Earlier this month, Akshay revealed that he would be recreating his iconic song Tip Tip Barsa Paani in Sooryavanshi.
Sooryavanshi is the fourth film of Rohit Shetty's cop drama universe in which Akshay is essaying the role of Veer Suryavanshi, a character that was introduced as an anti-terrorist squad officer in the Ranveer Singh-starrer 2018 film Simmba.
Akshay Kumar's daredevil stunts in Sooryavanshi are not for the faint of heart. Akshay Kumar has come up with 'believe it or not' version of a Sooryavanshi video. Akshay Kumar is spoiling fans with updates from Sooryavanshi sets. The recent one is an adrenaline-pumping video collage of high-octane action sequences from the film's sets. For the 51-year-old Bollywood khiladi, age is just a number as he continues to perform daredevil stunts in his films - something that still fires up his core. In the caption to his stunt-special video, Akshay explained Sooryavanshi is the ultimate culmination of his love for action: "From the day acting became my destiny, action has been my lifeline. Pure, unadulterated action in Sooryavanshi will tell you why it still fires up my core."
In the video, Akshay can be seen performing stunts on bikes, taking screechy-risky turns when behind the wheel in signature Rohit Shetty car sequences and even boarding a flying chopper from a moving bike. He makes it look like a piece of cake but you can tell the difference for sure. If you take a look at the video, you will believe that all such stunts can only be pulled off by someone who enjoys "casually hanging off a helicopter." That is Akshay Kumar.
Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif starrer 'Sooryavanshi' has been in the news since its inception. The film that will see the lead pair reunite on the big screen after almost a decade had fans buzzing when the team initially decided to release their film on Eid 2020, but later advanced the date on Salman Khan's request. While many pictures related to the film are already on the internet, Gulshan Grover who is best known for his villainous roles, shared a candid click from the sets of 'Sooryavanshi' with the leading man, Akshay. Along with the photo, he wrote, 'On the sets of Sooryavanshi with my brother Akshay in Hyderabad'.
In the action-packed upcoming film 'Sooryavanshi', Akshay Kumar is pushing the limits many notches higher with his stunts. The 51-year-old actor can be seen riding a speedy bike and performing stunts while at last, he climbs on a helicopter with the bike which will surely give you goosebumps. Ever since the makers of the film commenced the shooting in Bangkok, the actor is treating fans with some amazing pictures from the sets of the film.
This is the first time that Akshay has collaborated with Rohit for a project. After the success of 'Simmba' and 'Singham', Rohit has expanded his cop universe with 'Sooryavanshi'. Akshay's entry was teased in the climax of 'Simmba' as an Anti-Terror Squad chief.
