New movies released in Navi Mumbai
Kuch Kuch Locha Hai

Kuch Kuch Locha Hai, previously titled Patel Rap is a Bollywood Comedy movie directed by Devang Dholakia starring Sunny Leone, Ram Kapoor, Evelyn Sharma and Navdeep Chabbra in lead roles. The film is presented by Magic Pictures and Entertainment Pvt Ltd. Asha Jhaveri is the associate producer of the film. Described as a Sexy Comedy, Navdeep Chabbra will debut with this film.
The movie has an interesting plot. Shanaya (Sunny Leone) debuts in Bollywood and becomes a huge star in India. For one of her film’s promotional activities, we see her visiting Malaysia to meet the chosen lucky winner at their residence.
Praveenbhai (Ram Kapoor), excitement knows no bound as he fills up the forms, lying about his marital status and many other things while filling up the forms. Lochas set in as we find Praveenbhai slyly manoeuvring his family members out of the house to welcome his secret crush, Shanaya. Their fondness for each other grows, as Praveenbhai helps her learn Gujarati for her next challenging role in Bollywood. They’ve set the stage for an absolute Locha - full relationship.
In the course of events, Praveenbhai’s son Jigar (Navdeep Chhabra) is seen extending his support to the scene, just so he can spend time with his lady love (Evelyn Sharma) and the film culminates into a locha-full laugh riot.
The film has Sunny Leone as Shanaya, Ram Kapoor as Praveen Patel, Evelyn Sharma as Naina, Navdeep Chabbra as Jigar Patel/ Jiggy, Suchita Trivedi as Kokila Patel, Mehul Buch as Chanpa Patel, Kurush Deboo as Nauzer Daruwala, Priyanka Sharma, Prashant Kapoor, Ivan Rodrigues and Errol Peter Marks.
Soundtrack is taken care of by Dharam Sandeep, Aditya Dev and Amjad Nadeem.
The film has songs like "Pani Wala Dance", "Daaru Peeke Dance", "Aao Na", "Na Jaane Kya Hai Tumse Wasta", "Kuch Kuch Locha Hai", "Ishq Da Maara" and "Yeh Ishq"

Piku

Piku is an Indian comedy-drama film directed by Shoojit Sircar. Deepika Padukone portrays the titular protagonist, a Bengali architect living in New Delhi, and Amitabh Bachchan plays her ageing father. The film explores the dynamics of their relationship as they take a road trip to Kolkata. Irrfan Khan, Moushumi Chatterjee and Jishu Sengupta portray supporting roles.
The movie has an interesting story.
Piku (Deepika Padukone) is a working girl in a cosmopolitan city. An architect by profession, she is a simple, Independent and strong girl from Delhi. She is grounded and rooted to what matters most - family... and in this case, her father, who she looks after. Piku is the kind of girl who doesn't shy away from responsibilities. The film takes audiences through the ups and downs and everyday problems she faces with her father.
Baba - Bhaskhor Banerjee (Amitabh Bachchan) is Piku's father. He is retired and spends most of his time obsessing about age-related issues. He is stubborn, dramatic and comes with his own set of problems... he has very specific, but unconventional, likes and dislikes and fixed ideologies. He is not a man who enjoys socialising. Baba is not the hero here, but the film takes a look into his household.
Rana - He (Irrfan Khan) is the outsider who has nothing to do with the Banerjee family but gets entangled with them and all their drama. He is the owner of a taxi service, who comes with his own quota of problems and then happens to get some more, when he finds himself entangled in the Banerjee family. Things take a funny turn once Rana gets involed with the family.
The film has Deepika Padukone as Piku Banerjee, Amitabh Bachchan as Bhashkor Banerjee, Irrfan Khan as Rana Chaudhary, Moushumi Chatterjee, Raghuvir Yadav, Jishu Sengupta, Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury and Akshay Oberoi.
The soundtrack is composed entirely by Anupam Roy, the lyrics are also written by Roy. The film has songs like "Bezubaan" sung by Anupam Roy, "Journey Song" by Anupam Roy, Shreya Ghoshal, "Lamhe Guzar Gaye" by Anupam Roy, "Piku" by Sunidhi Chauhan, "Teri Meri Baatein" by Anupam Roy and "Piku Remix (DJ AKS)" by Sunidhi Chauhan.

Playing It Cool

Playing It Cool (formerly known as A Many Splintered Thing) is an American romantic comedy film directed by Justin Reardon and written by Chris Shafer and Paul Vicknair. The film stars Chris Evans, Michelle Monaghan, Anthony Mackie, Aubrey Plaza, Patrick Warburton, Ashley Tisdale, Ioan Gruffudd, Topher Grace and Giovanni Ribisi.
The film has an interesting plot. The narrator (Evans) is a writer and wants to write action but his publisher Bryan (Mackie) wants him to write about romance first. The problem is, the narrator doesn't believe in love. But when he meets Her (Monaghan), he falls for her, only to find out that she is already engaged to Stuffy

Hot Pursuit

Hot Pursuit is an American action comedy film directed by Anne Fletcher and written by David Feeney and John Quaintance. The film stars Reese Witherspoon and Sofía Vergara.
The movie has an interesting plot. An inept female police officer (Reese Witherspoon) must protect a drug dealer's widow (Sofía Vergara) from criminals and dirty cops.
In the fleet and gloriously ridiculous comedy Hot Pursuit, Vergara plays Daniella Riva, a mobster's wife who needs to be escorted from San Antonio to Dallas, where she'll testify against the head of a major drug cartel. Uptight, by-the-book police officer Rose Cooper (Reese Witherspoon) has the job of getting her there safely, only to learn that crooked cops are hot on their trail. On the lam in Riva's red convertible, they dash into a roadside convenience store to buy new outfits, pose as traveling veterinarians, and circumvent a police roadblock by disguising themselves as a deer in the wild. As one does while on the lam.

The Spongebob Movie

The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water (also known as The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie 2) is a 2015 American animated/live action adventure comedy film, based on the Nickelodeon television series SpongeBob SquarePants, created by Stephen Hillenburg. The film is a sequel to 2004's The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie. It is directed by the show writer and executive producer Paul Tibbitt, and written by Tibbitt, Jonathan Aibel and Glenn Berger, and SpongeBob creator and executive producer Hillenburg. Sponge Out of Water is executive produced by Stephen Hillenburg, and co-executive produced by Cale Boyter, Nan Morales, and Craig Sost. The film stars the regular television cast (Tom Kenny, Bill Fagerbakke, Rodger Bumpass, Clancy Brown, Carolyn Lawrence, and Mr. Lawrence), who returned to reprise their respective roles from the series and the previous film, while Antonio Banderas plays a new live-action character, Burger-Beard the Pirate. The film is produced by Paramount Animation, Nickelodeon Movies, and United Plankton Pictures, and was distributed by Paramount Pictures. This film is dedicated to Ernest Borgnine, the original voice of Mermaid Man, who died in July 2012.
Like the first film, the final act mixes the animated characters in a live action world, and was directed by Mike Mitchell. However, in this film, SpongeBob and other characters are animated and rendered in computer animation. The live action scenes were shot in various locations throughout Savannah, Georgia and Tybee Island; filming began on October 9, 2013, in the downtown area, where various establishments were changed to resemble a beach community.

There's trouble brewing in Bikini Bottom! Someone has stolen King Neptune's crown. Though he's just been passed over for the promotion of his dreams, SpongeBob stands by his boss and along with his best pal Patrick sets out on a treacherous mission to Shell City to reclaim the crown and save Mr. Krab's life.
