New movies released in Navi Mumbai
Blank

Blank is a 2019 Indian action thriller film directed by Behzad Khambata, starring Sunny Deol, Karan Kapadia, Karanvir Sharma and Ishita Dutta in the lead roles. It marks the Bollywood debut of Karan Kapadia. Akshay Kumar also features in a cameo song.
Haneef (Karan Kapadia) is taken to a hospital after a road accident. The doctor calls the police after he discovers a bomb connected to Haneef's chest. After investigation, Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) chief SS Dewan (Sunny Deol) suspects that Haneef is a suicide bomber and part of a larger network conspiring a terror attack. However, courtesy a massive concussion, Haneef loses his memory temporarily and thus, is unable to divulge any more details to Dewan during interrogation. But Dewan does not trust him and is convinced that Haneef is trained to fool the system. The film, in fact, starts with Haneef in the center of a barren, cracked land. Yards away, the police has aimed a sniper rifle at him, ready to shoot him as he struggles to escape the handcuffs and tied feet. The land is a symbol of his mind, which is 'blank' after the memory loss. The frustration is also out of the helplessness to escape his barren mental state than just the fear of his impending death.
The film has Sunny Deol as ATS Officer SS Dewan, Karan Kapadia as Hanif, Karanvir Sharma as Rohit, Ishita Dutta as Husna, Jameel Khan as Maqsood and Akshay Kumar as Special appearance in song "Ali Ali".
The music of the film is composed by Raghav Sachar, Arko Pravo Mukherjee and Sonal Pradhaan while lyrics are written by Arko Pravo Mukherjee, Adeip Singh, Kumaar and Sonal Pradhaan. The film has songs like "Warning Nahi Dunga", "Ali Ali", "Ali Ali" (Navraj Hans' Version), "Himmat Karja" and "Tujhme Hai Aag Baki".

Setters

Setters is a 2019 Indian crime thriller film directed by Ashwini Chaudhary and Produced by Vikash Mani. The filming began from 10 October 2018 at various locations in New Delhi, Varanasi, Jaipur and Mumbai. The film is about a racket "setters" who arranges brilliant student in place of weak student to appear in examination for money. The film is set in Banaras, Jaipur, Mumbai and Delhi.
An edge-of-the-seat thriller set in Benares, Jaipur, Mumbai and Delhi, Setters is about a racket profiteering from academic scams. The film follows a cat-and-mouse game between two good friends: one a cop, and the other a "setter" who arranges brilliant students in place of weak students to appear in examinations. The movie revolves around corruption in education and examination system in our country. A film set in the holy city amidst an unholy bunch of locals running an exam paper leaking racket. Their trade is far more sophisticated than you might imagine, and gets increasingly high-tech with each passing day as the police close in on the gang. The remuneration, quite justifiably, is never less than several lakh rupees per candidate per exam. Bhaiyyaji (Pavan Raj Malhotra) is the boss of these criminals and Apurva Choudhury (Shreyas Talpade) is his smartest lieutenant. Their troubles begin when the Superintendent of Police Aditya Singh (Aftab Shivdasani) forms a special task force to bust Bhaiyya's business. There is a hint of a whiff of a suggestion that Apurva was once in love with the woman who is now Aditya's wife. These men used to be friends. Now, clearly, they are not.
The film has Shreyas Talpade as Apurva, Aftab Shivdasani as Aditya, Sonnalli Seygall as Isha, Vijay Raaz as Nizam, Pavan Malhotra as Bhaiya Ji, Sharat Saxena as Salim Bhai, Mahesh Manjrekar as Choudhry Ji, Ishita Dutta as Prerana, Jameel Khan as Ansari, Neeraj Sood as Bhanu, Pankaj Jha as Kesariya, Venus Singh as Aarushi, Manu Rishi as Balam, Anil Mange as Dibankar and Umesh Bhatia as Bank Manager.
The film's soundtrack is composed by Salim Sulaiman and Enbee while the lyrics are written by Dr. Sagar, Raftaar and Enbee. The film has songs like "Kartootein" and "Boom Jawani" (music by Enbee).
