Adv. Vishnu Shankar Jain, a Supreme Court lawyer, announced
that a case relating to Taj Mahal being a Vedic Shiva Temple and not the grave
of Mumtaj has been filed in the Court at Agra.
Hindus face persistent injustice because they are not
united. On the occasion, it was decided to fight at the judicial level through
pro-Hindutva lawyers in order to check anti-Hindu activities.
A petition will be filed to legislate an Act to appoint
devout Hindus on Temple Management Committees, said Adv. Govind K. Bharatan
To protect the temples and ensure their better
management, it is necessary that only devout Hindus should be appointed on
Temple Management Committees. A petition will soon be filed to force the
Government to legislate an Act in this regard.
A
page of Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad
(http://www.hindujagruti.org/hindu-vidhidnya-parishad/) on the website of Hindu
Janajagruti Samiti (www.hindujagruti.org) was declared open for the public.
This page has been formed to offer legal assistance to Hindus and unite
lawyers.
