HJS launch a judicial fight against Tuljapur Temple Committee
Judicial fight has been launched by Hindu Janajagruti
Samiti in the matter of misappropriating land, auctioning donation boxes and
other corruption cases of Tuljapur Temple Committee. Therefore, Hindu
Janajagruti Samiti, through Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad filed a PIL in the High
Court, Aurangabad bench of Bombay High Court. The petition was heard by the
bench of Justice Borde and Justice Chima on 23 November. The High Court issued
notices to the Secretaries of the Law, Home, Revenue and Judiciary Departments,
and show cause notices to the Collector, Osmanabad and Tahasildar, Tuljapur. Adv.
Suresh Kulkarni, Founder-member of Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad and its member Adv.
Umesh Bhadagaonkar are representing Samiti in this case. This information was
given by Adv. Virendra Ichalkaranjikar, National President of Hindu Vidhidnya
Parishad in a press conference held in Mumbai press club. On this occasion, Mr.
Narendra Surve of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti and Mrs. Nayna Bhagat of Sanatan
sanstha were also present.
