CBI has produced bogus witness against Dr Tawde: Sanatan Sanstha
By Dinesh Kamath

PANVEL: The key witness against Dr. Tawde who has become the darling boy of a handful of media houses is a history sheeter of Kolhapur police who is notorious in Kolhapur for his antisocial activities. The effort to implicate an innocent person on the basis of false allegations of such tainted person puts a question mark on the credibility of CBI and brings disrepute to BJP Government. The witness “Sadwilkar” is a corrupt man facing charges of swindling. Way back in the year 2012, the District Collector indicted Sadwilkar in his reasoned report, however Sadwilkar could escape the clutches of law for four long years due to blessings of Congress and NCP politicians.
The petition related to serious scams filed by Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad with Chief Minister contained a specific mention about Sadwilkar. This happened prior to the killing of Pansare.
The Chief Minister ordered a CID inquiry into the scam committed by Sadwilkar and others. Aggrieved by the lead taken by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti and hundreds of sadhaks of Sanatan Sanstha in this agitation and apprehending an arrest, several scamsters in Kolhapur began a clamor against very presence of organizations like Hindu Janajagruti Samiti and Sanatan Sanstha in Kolhapur. To scuttle the inquiry and investigation into his misdeeds, Sadwilkar has participated in a conspiracy to defame Sanstha which would also help him to divert the attention from scams in Mahalaxmi Temple by Sadwilkar and his gang.

In a press conference held at Mumbai, Sanatan Sanstha spokesperson Shri Abhay Vartak and Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad General Secretary, Adv. Sanjiv Punalekar presented to the media persons evidences about misdeeds of Sadwilkar, his criminal antecedents and the past proceedings against him. Shri. Abhay Vartak produced the complaint in the press conference to point out the reason of Sadwilkar’s vengeance.
