Rich countries should help the poor ones
The 23rd conference of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change in Bonn was attended by members of even developing countries including India.  Focus was on loss and damage suffered due to destructive climate-linked events. India’s progress in reducing the intensity of its greenhouse gas emissions has been positive.
Focus was also on the impact of extreme weather events such as droughts and floods that would have a bearing on economic growth. The rich countries were asked to give up their rigid approach towards the demands of low and middle income countries and solve the question of financing of mitigation, adaptation and compensation. India, by virtue of her contribution,  might one day get the mantle of global climate leadership.
At the Bonn conference, a new Transport Decarbonisation Alliance has been declared to improve the quality of urban life. A national law to raise the efficiency of transport could well be the answer also.
After looking at the delicacy of weather, we need to mostly focus on the condition of environment instead of looking other side. Now, the time has come to completely implement the slogan "go with green".

Instead of thinking of doing business and making money every time, at least for the sake of environment and mankind rich countries should help the developing countries financially and technologically to combat the coming global warming disaster.
