There are many Bollywood filmmakers who are focusing on making patriotic films. They narrate the tales of Indian war heroes to make the audiences feel patriotic. Their goal is to make Indians feel proud about the fact that they are Indians. They are looking forward to make films that narrate stories of our brave heroes. There were so many patriotic films which were made in the recent times that people are asking for more of such genres of films. And the Bollywood filmmakers are not hesitating to satisfy their demands. They have already announced about the more patriotic films that will be realeased in the near future.
The movie ‘Uri: The Surgical Strike’ has impressed the Indian audiences to such an extent that it has inspired filmamkers to come up with more films about Indian war heroes. The patriotic films that are all set to be released in the near future are Kesari, Major, RAW, Batla House, Panipat, Saare Jahaan Se Accha, Mission Mangal, ’83 and a biopic on Kargil war hero Vikram Batra, among others. The movie goers are happy to hear this news.
The films depicting clash between India and Pakistan has always excited the Indian movie goers and the filmmakers have never failed to exploit this fact by coming up with more and more tales related to clash between these two countries. The recent film was Uri: The Surgical Strike, based on the surgical strikes that India conducted on terror camps in Pakistan in 2016. Don’t be surprised if the Indian Air Force’s air strike on terror camps in Pakistan, in retaliation to the February 14 Pulwama terror attack, will lead to the making of another films ‘Surgical Strike 2’. It is not only stories related to wars but also the heroic tales of sportsperson that istills sense of patriotism into many Indians.

D-Day, Baby and Phantom are some films that have brought alive stories of counter-terrorism operations, mostly inspired by real life. All these films appealed to the Indians. Terrorism is the issue that is worrying most of the people today. Everyone is keen to see the end of this terrorism which has taken a big toll of human lives. Bollywood filmmakers too don’t hesitate to depict terrorism in different forms and provide various ideas to combat terrorism. They have made films which depic how India managed to fight the terrorists successfully by coming up with army-based films like like Border, LOC Kargil, Lakshya and 1971 which the Indian audiences simply loved. These audiences are looking forward to watching more of such films in the future too.
