NAVI MUMBAI: On the Eve of World Women’s Day when we talk about women there are very few who sacrifice their lives for the sake of community to serve the poor, needy and downtrodden people of our society. Ln Dr Namita Mishra is one such dedicated social worker, who works under the banner of Lions Clubs International - a Lion who has dedicated her whole life for World’s largest NGO which has completed 100 years successfully.

She fulfilled all her commitment with great Zeal, Zest and passion and has broken all Previous Records in all her Assignments. She created History as District President taking all her Clubs together and did activities worth 1.65 crores Rupees. She broke the record in Diabetes Care by arranging 317 Diabetes Check Up Camps and Five Awareness Seminars benefitting over 15000 lives.

Dr Namita Mishra is working relentlessly since last 18 years. She has also pledged her skin; eyes and whole body to save peoples life in future. We salute such women of our society who touch others’ lives with their devotion, dedication and commitment.

She is a Staunch, Dedicated & Hardcore Ls DR Namita Mishra PMJF who climbed the Ladder of Successs in each Successive year not only as Lioness but also as an active Lion. She is a strong believer of the saying hard work & dedication pays off & does not believe in Herds Mentality.

A real Traile blazer An Active Lioness who is a born Leader, a Lady who is always showered as Dynamic Dashing & competent Lady who is ready to take any challenge with par excellence, Ls Dr Namita Mishra has set the records which is still unbeaten.

For her sky is the limit & she has a Distinguished Record of Excellence & Services not only in the District 323A2 , but also in District 411B , Tanzania , East Africa . She extended a new Lions Club of Dar- Es - Salaam Oceanic and became Charter President of that Club in East Africa. And that’s not all she did but she also did International Twinning with District 123, St. Peters Burg, Russia and received International Patch directly from International with Appreciation letter. She attended two Regional Leadership Seminar at Rajkot & Tanzania. Attended 7 ISSAME Forums, out of 5 abroad & 6 Multiple Conventions, & International Convention at Toronto Canada. She earned the Coveted Awards like Saravashreshth Lioness of the Multiple and Best Lioness of the Multiple besides several other Best Chairpersons Excellence Awards.

She is a Good Donor and contributed a lot towards CSF II. She was Group Co-ordinator for 3 years consecutively & received “Knight Angel“ Award from the International. A Lion & Ls with the vast experience, generous, modest as far as Funds are concerned never compromised moneywise, smart, talented, with International Experience, ready to accept anything & everything, friendly & daring, Ls DR Namita Mishra is the 1st Ls of the District with One Diamond Progressive Melvin John Fellow of the Ls District. She is the only and probably be the 1st Leo Adviser who attended Leo Multiple Convention at Bangkok, sponsored all the Awards & shared the Dais with International Director Ln Narendra Bhandari.

She Extended Lions Club of Palm Beach Oceanic, one Ls Club, one Leo Club & instrumental in Extention of Ls Club Of Koparkhairane. She is first lady Lion from the District served as active Ls at Club level, at District level, at Multiple level & also served as Lion with same zeal, zest, enthusiasm & with same passion & action. Since last 10 yrs she is serving Ls Multiple District. At District level she served as Cabinet Secretary, RC, Bulletin Editor, Co Editor News Letter, Scrape Book, Quest, Education, Diabetes etc.

As Lion she served as ZC, RC, Leo Advisor, JT Dist Cabinet Treasurer, DC Diabetes, Kidney Care, Greetings.

Happily married to Ln Dr Alok Mishra who himself is Managing Director of Advaita Pharma and received Best Pharma Professional of the Decade and Life Time Achievement Award. Her daughter Tanvi & Son In Law Agranshu, Agramika, Anamika & Son Ayush who is pursuing his Graduation Degree at Wooster America at Ohio University are her best support.
