win awards in the Special Olympics World Summer Games

NAVI MUMBAI: Swami Brahmanand
Pratishthan's students Sneha and Disha received award money from Ministry of
Sports for their feat in the Special Olympics World Summer Games
The students of Swami Brahmanand Pratishthan Ms.
Sneha Verma and Ms. Disha Maru who participated in the Special Olympics World
Summer Games held at Los Angeles, USA in JUly 2015 came back home with medals
for the country. Ms. Sneha won a gold medal for the country in 50m Freestyle
swimming whereas Ms. Disha won a silver medal in 25m Breast stroke.
Both the girls received award money from the Ministry
of Sports yesterday.
Ms. Sneha Verma received Rs. 5,00,000/- for winning a
gold medal and Ms. Disha Maru received Rs. 3,00,000/- for winning silver medal.
The organization feels grateful to Prime Minister
Sri. Narendra Modi for boosting the confidence of the students with this
gesture.
