Indians reject corrupt Congress, accept Modi

People of India have said a big NO to corruption and the corrupt Congress. Modi has no excuse now not to root out corruption including in the states. This is his real chance to go down in the history as the true maker of a modern, lawful, and developed India. Will he use it fully?  As for Tamilnadu, let us hope that Stalin redeems the name of his party with an honest administration that is less casteist too.

Modi is a true Son of the Indian soil, who came from a humble and hard-working background. He is the only hope to rid India of corruption, develop India into an advanced and modern country. He has vastly improved India's image, both abroad and Nationally. He will protect India from security threats both externally and internally.

Congress lost because 1. It had no strong & promising leader/ PM candidate 2. Had no clear vision/mission/issues for future 3. Public didn't want historically corrupt party back to power 4. Had anti-nationalist views 5. Never gave a good fight to BJP to win the election.

Congratulations to the BJP, an astounding win and now the country can move forward and Modi will modernise and advance India into the future.

Congress election strategy faulted mainly for the following reasons: 1) Calling 'Chowkidar Chor' and that too by Congress with corrupt image, history of recent 2G scam and many other including  Bofors and with  leaders on  bail in other cases. This has been more damaging since Modi has not been tainted with any scam, or corruption charge. Even in Rafale deal there has been no hint of corrupt money exchange. 2) Buffoonery of embracing Modi in parliament and winking, indicating signs of childishness not expected from leader aspiring to be a Statesman. 3) People were not convinced that Rahul could give better governance.

Before the election results were declared, U.S. expressed its confidence about fairness, integrity of Indian elections. The United States said that it was confident in the fairness and integrity of the Indian elections and would work with whoever is the victor. Unlike other countries, the U.S. does not send its election observers to India because of the strong independent credentials of the Election Commission of India. US called India a true strategic partner numerous times. The US diplomat praised India and its people for carrying out such a massive exercise peacefully, describing it as fascinating. She referred India’s election as the largest exercise in democracy in human history. She commended the Indian people.
