Dinesh Kamath speaks about TV actress Drashti Dhami

-->
Drashti Dhami is great!!!!
Drashti Dhami of small screen looks great. I’m impressed by her beauty and acting abilities. She portrays a Bollywood diva in the TV serial Madhubala – Ek Ishq, Ek Junoon. This serial is being aired on Colors. She portrays wonderfully a simple mature and calm girl in the serial. But when I saw and heard her in some of her interviews I found her to be just the opposite of the character she portrayed in Madhubala. That proves how great an actress she is. In one of her interviews, I found her without make up and yet she looked extremely cute. I won’t be surprised if she will soon make a transition from small screen to the big one. She had also become popular as character Geet of serial Geet – Hui Sabse Parayi.
Madhubala is a superb TV serial and Drashti adds considerably to the beauty of this particular serial. This serial is supposed to be a tribute to the film fraternity, to people from the industry - actors, junior artists, co-ordinators, the families who deal with them. It is an attempt to show how they are in real life and the emotions that they go through. It's about what happens behind-the-scenes, not about one person. But Drashti simply dominates.
She is indeed a diva in her own right and also an epitome of beauty. Her chemistry with Vivian D’Sena, the male lead in Madhubala, is simply great. Vivian D’Sena, for your information, plays a superstar named RK. He reminds me of Rajesh Khanna, while Drashti reminds me of all the beautiful actresses who had invaded the Big Screen so far.
I am looking forward to watching more and more performances of Drashti on small screen. I hope she will be considered for Big Screen one day.  Good luck and keep it up, Drashti!
