Management Guru Anand Pillai to speak on Leadership & Personal Effectiveness

NAVI MUMBAI: The Christian Observer (TCO), Navi Mumbai, a privately circulated Newspaper of the Christian community for over 13 years is organizing a one-day Seminar for Christians and especially the youth focusing on Leadership & Personal Effectiveness on 25th January 2014, Saturday at Shetkari Samaj Hall, Koper Khairne, Navi Mumbai from 9 am to 5 pm.

Talking to Dr. Jayakar Ellis, Editor, TCO and Organizer of the event, he said, “Mr. Anand Pillai looks at Nehemiah's 7 habits that lead him to be effective and contrasts it with the 7 Habits of Saul that rendered him ineffective. Of all the characters in the Bible none exemplifies leadership the way Nehemiah does. He saw a problem and took action. He understood God’s calling was to motivate the Jews to rebuild Jerusalem’s walls. He left a responsible position in the Persian government to do what God wanted. He organized, managed, participated, encouraged, met opposition, confronted injustice, and kept going until the walls were rebuilt in just 52 days.”
