Police
commissioner had close ties with the accused?

It is being alleged that builder S K Lohariya's
murder case was transferred to the Mumbai Police Crime Branch since the Navi
Mumbai Police Commissioner A K Sharma was found to have a close relation with the
two accused in the case, architect Anurag Garg and businessman Suresh Bijlani.
It has been alleged that Sharma would meet and party
with the two accused. As per the Call Data Records (CDRs) of the two accused, they
had conversations with Sharma even after Lohariya was shot dead.
Sharma has not denied the allegation. It seems that
Sharma was not aware of Bijlani’s criminal records. All he knew was that
Bijlani was targeted by the underworld owing to which he had been granted
police protection by the court.
In the meanwhile, a Look Out Circular (LOC) for
Bijlani and Garg have been issued by Mumbai Crime Branch.
