Public opinion more in favour of BJP-Sena's

NAVI MUMBAI: Many people of Thane Lok Sabha
constituency appear to be supporting Rajan Vichare more than any other
candidate. This was clear from their views about Vichare and the work that he
has done for this constituency.
A resident of
Nerul, Ramesh Salian, said, "Vichare
has risen from the position of a corporator to that of an MLA. He understands
the problems of people and has a good connect with them since he has worked as
the standing committee chairman, leader of the house and then as the mayor of
Thane. He is the man who was
instrumental in bringing Thane on the World Map by rendering excellent service
to that city. If he is elected as MP of this region, he is capable of providing
the same kind of service to the entire constituency."
Another
resident, Gopal Nair said, “Making inroads in Navi Mumbai will be the main
challenge before Sena, since the satellite city is dominated by Ganesh Naik.
But in places like Thane and Mira-Bhayander, it is Vichare who is ruling the
roost. There are quite many people in Navi Mumbai too who are fed up of the
kind of situation prevalent in the city and hence are preferring to let Vichare
get a chance to bring about the urgent changes in the city that is badly
required.”
Raghuveer Singh
who resides at Kharghar but has his workplace at Thane said, “While serving as
a Mayor of Thane, Vichare would keep himself busy in every social sector like
education, cultural, art, sports, etc. and at the same time conduct his duties
of a responsible Mayor. Rajan Vichare has worked in various fields like Cleanliness,
Road, Water supply, Gardens and Cultural Programmes for the citizens. He is young
and enthusiastic and a real friend of a common man. As a Mayor he even paid
heed to the Transport facility. There were many problems: need of good roads,
increasing population and the most important was ‘Pollution’ owing to which CNG
vehicles were preferred. Vichare managed to solve all these problems. This
speaks for his competency and fitness to serve as MP”
Thus it appears
that there is a kind of wave all over Thane Lok Sabha constituency in favour of
BJP-Sena’s MP candidate Rajan Vichare.
