Nautanki Saala
Nautanki Saala is an Indian romantic comedy film directed by Rohan Sippy, starring Ayushmann Khurrana and Kunaal Roy Kapur in the male lead roles along with Pooja Salvi and Evelyn Sharma playing the female leads respectively. The film is produced by Ramesh Sippy, Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar and Roopa de Choudhury under the banner of Super Cassettes Industries Ltd. in association with R.S. Entertainment.
The film has an interesting story. Ram Parmar (Ayushmann Khuranna) one night meets Mandar Lele (Kunaal Roy Kapur) who is troubled and lonely. It is the story of their bonding and friendship. It’s a comedy of errors where all of RP’s acting skills are tested to the limit as he improvises his way through a hilarious real life drama, complemented by the loose cannon that is Mandar Lele!
The film has Ayushmann Khurrana as Ram Parmar (RP), Pooja Salvi as Nandini Patel, Kunaal Roy Kapur as Mandar Lele, Evelyn Sharma, Gaelyn Mendonca and Abhishek Bachchan in a special appearance.
The soundtrack for the film is romantic, lively and situational. Various music composers have made compositions in the album like Falak, Mikey McCleary, Rashid Khan and few others.
The film has songs like Mera Mann Kehne Laga, Saadi Galli Aaja, Dhak Dhak, Tu Hi Tu, Draamebaaz, Sapna Mera Toota, Dil Ki Toh Lag Gayi, So Gaya Yeh Jahan, Mera Mann Kehne Laga (Reprise), Saadi Galli Aaja (Unplugged), Mera Mann Kehne Laga (Female), Saadi Galli Aaja (Remix) and Mera Mann Kehne Laga (Remix).
