Dinesh Kamath's film column 'Jolly LLB' under the title 'New movie-releases in Navi Mumbai' that was published in Newsband




New movie-release in Navi Mumbai

Jolly LLB
Jolly LLB is a Bollywood comedy drama film directed by Subhash Kapoor. The film features Arshad Warsi, Amrita Rao and Boman Irani in lead roles.  
The film is a social satire on the law system of the country India. The story follows a struggling lawyer named Jolly (Arshad Warsi) who wants to become India's greatest lawyer, however all of his cases seem to flop. He comes to Delhi in search of that case and he gets involved in a case with India's existing popular and expensive lawyer, Rajpal (Boman Irani).
The film has Arshad Warsi as Jagdish Tyagi (Jolly), Amrita Rao as Sandhya, Boman Irani as Advocate Rajpal, Saurabh Shukla, Mohan Kapoor and Vibha Chibber.
The music of Jolly LLB has been composed by Krsna of Tanu Weds Manu fame. The first song Mere Toh L Lag Gaye by Bappi Lahiri has been cut into two different songs, one titled Law Lag Gaye whilst the other is L Lag Gaye. The second popular song is Jhooth Boliya by Kamal Khan.
The film consists of eight songs. The film has songs like Jhooth Boliya sung by Kamal Khan, Daru Peeke Nachna by Mika Singh, Shreya Ghoshal, Ajnabi by Mohit Chauhan, Shreya Ghoshal, Hans Ki Chaal by Kailash Kher, Law Lag Gaye by Bappi Lahiri, L Lag Gaye by Bappi Lahiri, Jhooth Boliya (remix) by Kamal Khan and Daru Peeke Nachna (remix) by Mika Singh.
