Sunny Leone to play lead role in her next film?

The director of the movie Boom has roped in Sunny Leone for a lead role in his next project. Sunny Leone, who is a Canadian-American porn actress turned Bollywood actress, did an item song for the film Shootout at Wadala. This sultry seductress did an amazing job. Her ‘latkas and jhatkas’ are something to watch for. Sunny Leone’s true name is Karenjit Kaur Vohra.

Director Kaizad Gustad whose debut movie was Boom is doing a film with Sunny and Sachin. Sachin Joshi is known for his acting in Aazan which was released in 2011 and Mumbai Mirror which was released in the beginning of this year.

Kaizad is known for his comedy movie Bombay Boys which was released in 1998. According to the director, he would not highlight on the bold quotient of Leone.  A source tells that the director found certain vulnerability in the adult movie actress turned Bollywood actress and hence she was chosen for this project.

The movie is rumored to be a comedy thriller. It is in the lines of Brad Pitt’s Oceans series.  Currently two titles are being considered for the film and they are Jackpot and Full Dhol. We can expect to get to see some genuine acting from our imported actress Sunny Leone.

Sunny Leone is one of the most sought after actresses today. Despite being a porn star and making her way through Bollywood as an unconventional actress, her popularity has risen to a point where Sunny is already being pegged as an A-lister. Sunny Leone is the hottest property in Bollywood today. Her screen presence is so terrific that you cannot take your eyes off her.

Sunny looked great in the item song that featured her in Shootout At Wadala. As a brand identity, she is very strong and she is inundated with the various film and commercial offers coming her way. It speaks a lot about her as a brand icon.

Considering the incredible interest that she has commanded with her two year stint in Bollywood, her upcoming films would be the true test in the industry. Even though she is relatively fresh, she commands a pay bracket that is almost on par with some of the A listers in Bollywood. When the film Shootout At Wadala was being shown at one of the theaters in Mumbai the crowd in the stalls went mad hooting and jumping on their seats when Sunny’s item number came on screen. It is clear that Sunny is already carving out a niche for herself in the industry; this is one of the big reasons that production houses are signing her up for their films. There is absolutely no doubt that Sunny Leone has immense drawing power.
