Third day of the second ‘All India Hindu Convention’
By Dinesh Kamath
GOA: The Second ‘All India Hindu Convention’ is in progress at Ramnathi, Goa at Vidyadhiraj Hall.
During the deliberations held on the subject of ‘Measures to be adopted during the 2014 General Elections’, the devout Hindus from all over Bharat present for the Convention unanimously declared while passing the resolution that the political party which gives chance to anti-Hindu, anti-national and corrupt forces, will be strongly opposed and that party which give priority to the interests of Hindus in their manifesto will be supported. It was decided that devout Hindus would form a vote-bank of Hindus and that the people would be made to realize about the majority Hindu strength.
While reading the resolutions, the national spokesperson of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, Mr. Ramesh Shinde said, “We will make our own manifesto and send it to the political parties. Hindus should vote only those parties who will include it in their parties manifesto, and after the elections will agree to act accordingly, or else resign. Let us send the message across to all the political parties that we may not be able to ensure victory to a candidate in elections; but we can certainly ensure his defeat. This will make the political parties aware that the Hindus are getting awakened and are making demands in the interest of the Nation and Dharma. This energy itself will take us to the ‘Hindu Nation’. Whoever comes to power, the struggle for Hindu Nation is inevitable.”
Mr. Shinde condemned BJP for appeasing Christians and Muslims, declaring that the issue of Ram Mandir will not figure in the election manifesto, for considering the name of Advocate Ashish Shelar for the election of Regional President of Mumbai and for naming the Nagpur railway station as ‘Hazrat Baba Sayyad Mohamaddin’ on public demand.
Mr. Ramesh Shinde further added, “Before Mahabharat war, Arjun and Duryodhan went to visit Shri Krushna. Duryodhan asked for the army of Shri Krushna; however, Arjun sought the company of Shri Krushna. Hence, today there are two Conventions going on simultaneously in Goa at two places. One convention is asking for number and the other for Shri Krushna. Let us have unshakable faith in our devotion, energy and mission. There is no need to seek favours from any political party.”
Mr. Navalkishore Sharma, organiser of Bhojashala Mukti Andolan from Dhar (Madhya Pradesh) shared his experiences about the Bhojashala Mukti Andolan. He said, ‘Till yesterday, we were treating a political party of Muslims as ‘Muslim League’. After some years, we began to treat the Congress as the party of Muslims; but the situation has changed now. Muslims have increased tremendously in number and have created a vote bank of their own. Hence, today we see a pathetic scene that all the political parties are bowing before the Muslims. BJP that was champion of the cause of Hindus till yesterday has surpassed even the Congress in Muslim appeasement and it now thinks that without the support of Muslims it cannot come to power. Is Bharat turning into an Islamic Nation?”

Mr. Sharma also shared his experience about the BJP Government’s gory atrocities on the Hindus who had gathered at Shri Saraswatidevi’s temple for worship at Bhojashala in Dhar.
